Nurse Practitioner New

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The Nurse Practitioner will provide high-quality, patient-centered care through assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions. This role works collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history and physical exams

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses

• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests

• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans in accordance with state regulations

• Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment plans

• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the EHR

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, quality standards, and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in [State]

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program

• National board certification (AANP or ANCC)

• Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)

• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
